Returns & Exchanges

At Grayling Jewelry, we want you to love your handcrafted pieces; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings must be returned in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Jewelry

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original gift box and secure it inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package, covering any previous barcodes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
